Note: We Only Ship To United Kingdom

We do our upmost to send out orders on the day of purchase as long as the order has been received before 1.00pm (Excluding Weekends, Bank Holidays and Christmas)  

All Orders are sent out using either Royal Mail Second Class Post or Signed for Recorded. This will depend on the value of the order. Please note that a signature may be required.

As most of our items are too large to fit through a letter box it may be a good idea to have your order delivered to a place of work or perhaps a neighbour.

If you have not received your order within 5 Working Days please ask a neighbour or ask at your local Post Office.

We have noticed a lot of customers do not have cards left notifying them that Royal Mail had tried to deliver.  This I know can be very frustrating. We send out hundreds of parcels via Royal Mail every day and can sympathise with your situation.

If the post office needs a description of the parcel, we send out orders in Brown Postal Tubes or blue plastic covered packages. All packages will have Delightful Decors on the label and are sent with the Royal Mail pre paid postage code HQ56021.

Of course if something has gone wrong we will refund you or send out a replacement ASAP. Just let us know when you have checked all of the above?

Big Apologies, but we no longer ship outside of the United Kingdom. Our products are sold under licence and therefore we are prohibited to sell outside of the UK.

5. Editing or Deleting Your Account Information.

We provide you with the ability to edit the information in your user account information that you provided to us in registration by using your personal page configuration area. You may request deletion of your user account by contacting our webmaster. Content or other data that you may have provided to us and that is not contained within your user account, such as posts that may appear within our forums, may continue to remain on our site at our discretion even though your user account is deleted. Cancellations, Returns & Replacements

If you decide you no longer want your order please contact us as soon as possible, if your order has not yet been dispatched we will cancel the order and refund the money to you within 10 working days. If your order has been dispatched you will need to return it to us at your own expense, well will refund payment upon receipt of you item.
Upon Receipt Of Goods, Please Check Your Purchase Carefully. Before Actually Opening the Packet Containing the Stickers you must make sure the items are exactly what you are looking for. The Stickers are clearly visible through the protective packaging.
Note: Once the packet has been opened we are unable to refund you.
We Offer 30 Day Full Money Back Guarantee. Items must be in an unused resalable condition. Items must be repacked in the original container and all necessary proof of purchase and contact details should be with the returned goods. Upon receipt of the returned stickers you will be refunded within 10 working Days. Postage to return the items are the responsibility of Buyer's,unless the stickers are damaged or faulty. Damages are very unlikely due to the way in which the stickers are packaged.

If you would rather an exchange, simply e-mail your request or pop a note in with your return and we will do our best to accommodate. If there are any problems it is advisable to leave your contact details just in case we need to get in touch.
